Wolverines and Papermakers split weekend
2018-12-16The Calumet Wolverines escaped Saturday night at home with a 5-3 win over the Mosinee Papermakers to salvage a weekend split. The Makers won the series opener 6-2 on Friday night in a game played at Meadowbrook Arena in L’Anse.

Ian Carroll made 39 saves for the Wolverines.

Calumet returns to action next weekend with a home-and-home with the Portage Lake Pioneers, starting Friday night with a game at the Calumet Colosseum.
