Wolverines to unveil third jersey on January 19

The Calumet Wolverines, in partnership with Beer League Sports and DO:BETTER, will debut a new third jersey on Friday, January 19 at home against the Eagle River Falcons.

The jerseys were designed by Jon Eslinger, owner of DO:BETTER, a brand strategy studio. Eslinger also created the Wolverines current logo, which debuted in 2011 and has been updated for the 2017-18 season.“The Calumet Wolverines are special," Eslinger said. "There aren’t many organizations, business or sport, with such a rich history that are willing to take risks and evolve their brand. It’s a privilege to be a part of a team with so much passion behind it.”

Beer League Sports and Calumet Wolverines partnership
The jerseys are being produced by Beer League Sports, a unique hockey-focused brand based out of Detroit. Beer League Sports is the newest major sponsor of Calumet Wolverines hockey, and will be the title sponsor of the January 19 game. The first 100 fans will receive a complementary Beer League Sports and Calumet Wolverines co-branded can coozie, and special Beer League Sports giveaways will be made available to fans prior to the game at Luigi’s Sports Bar, during the game and after the game at Luigi’s.
“Beer League Sports is proud to be teaming up with the Calumet Wolverines this season,” said Bryan Vigna. “The Wolverines and Great Lakes Hockey League are great organizations, and we’re excited to be getting our foot in the door with these passionate hockey players and fans.”
New t-shirts and winter hats inspired by the jerseys will be available at the January 19 game as well.

Purchase your own Calumet Wolverines third jersey
Fans interested in purchasing a jersey can do so here, https://squareup.com/store/calumetwolverines/item/c-l-k-wolverines-third-jersey. Jerseys are available in whatever number a fan wants, and will be made available to fans on January 19. The jerseys are $75 each and must be ordered by Friday, January 5. If interested in customizing your jersey, e-mail hockey@calumetwolverines.com. Jerseys will be on hand on January 19 at the game, or shipped out the following Monday.
