Hannon nets two as Pioneers take Game 1

The Portage Lake Pioneers jumped out to a first-period four-goal lead, then netted three of the final four to jump out to a 1-0 series lead in the 2016 Gibson Cup.
Connor Hannon scored two goals and three points to lead the Pioneers, who outshot the Wolverines 49-27 in the contest.
Game two is Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. at the Calumet Colosseum.
