Wolverines welcoming Marquette to Colosseum
2015-12-16The Calumet Wolverines are heading home this weekend for a pair of games against the team’s newest rival, the Marquette Iron Rangers.
The 4-2 Wolverines are off to the team's best start in more than a decade, but the Wolverines are hungry for a revenge win after the team fell to Marquette 12-10 in both teams Great Lakes Hockey League season opener.
Calumet is currently in third place in the GLHL, while Marquette is in ninth place with a 1-6 record.
The Iron Rangers are led in scoring by Dallas McLaughlin, who leads the league with 17 goals and 19 points. Calumet’s top scorers are Logan Rastello and Alex VanWagner, who each have 12 points through six games.
