The Wolverines earned a spot in the semifinal win impressive wins over No. 3-seeded Mosinee (6-3) and No. 4-seeded Fox Cities (8-2).
Alex VanWagner paced the Wolverines with 7 points on the weekend, including his first hat trick in a Wolverines uniform in the team's win over Mosinee. Ben Ruohonen and Ryan Patrick both earned wins in the round-robin portion of the tournament with 30+ save efforts.
Calumet finished the season 7-18-1, including a 4-15-1 mark in the GLHL regular season.
